Weekly update

This week in Shape Up Sonoma we are celebrating spring by encouraging everyone to join our walks! Check out our calendar of events, get yourself a pedometer and join us as we walk daily towards our goal of 10,000 steps per day! Sound like a lot? You can do it! You would be surprised how the steps add up when you start making a conscious effort to walk more. Just think how this could impact your health if you do this for a full year!
How’s the diet going? Could improve, you say? Best way to shape up your diet is to write down everything you eat and drink and share it with a buddy or coach. Download our meal plans and food lists and start incorporating more healthy foods while you reduce some of the bad foods. Small, consistent changes over time make a big difference!

Wednesdays and Fridays, 6 a.m. at Depot Park. Shape Up Sunrise Walk.

Tuesdays and Thursday, 12:30 p.m. at SVHS track. Power Walk Café.

Wednesdays, 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. at EDK. Healthy Living Café.

Saturdays, 9 a.m. at Depot Park. Meet and decide on a hike, walk, run, whatever!
